Q. Why didn’t I receive order confirmation email in my email?
A. Order confirmation email might have been caught by your email's spam filter. Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder and/or go to your email settings to make sure our store domain (@yamaha-motor.co.jp) isn’t listed as unsafe/spam.
Q. Can I select a freight/shipping/courier company that ships and delivers the item(s)?
A. For customers outside Japan, only Express Shipping by DHL is available. Go to Shipping & Delivery for details.
Q. How much is shipping cost?
A. For customers outside Japan, shipping costs vary by the parcel's weight and your country of delivery. Go to Shipping & Delivery for details.
Q.What type of payment methods are available?
A. Credit card (Visa/Master/AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay are available.
Q. Can I get a receipt after purchasing the item?
A. Yes, it is available on a digital format. You would be able to find the receipt within the shipping confirmation email via a PDF link attachment.
